Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home and empower families to reach health goals.

You will educate patients, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and provide case management and clinical oversight with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Active Florida RN license, 2 years of RN experience preferred, valid driver license, CPR/BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Florida.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and CPR/BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and enable them to stay at home.
• Educate patients and families to reach healthcare goals.
• Case manage and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.
