Professional Case Management is seeking licensed RNs to provide in-home healthcare across Texas. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with patients and deliver compassionate care in the comfort of a home setting.

The role offers a flexible schedule and paid mentorship for new graduates to support you as you start. Ideal candidates will have an active RN license, strong communication skills, CPR certification, and TB test completion.

Qualifications Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice Prefer minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN in an acute care setting or equivalent; new nurse graduates encouraged to apply - paid mentorship provided Current CPR certification and TB test.

Standard Rate: $40.00 - $42.50 Hourly
