Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated clinician to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes across Alabama. You will educate patients and families, follow physician orders, and implement the plan of care with compassion and professional excellence.

Qualified applicants are graduates of an approved clinical program, licensed in Alabama, with at least one year of licensed professional experience and basic technology skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• At least 1 year of licensed professional experience.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients as ordered by the physician.
• Educate the patient, family and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Responsibilities

Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services. Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team. Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.


• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.


• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.


• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Education And Experience, Preferred

• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with a review and approval from the regional vice president or regional director.


• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid state driver license


• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law


• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition
  
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions


• Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider
