Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Georgia. This full‑time position focuses on delivering skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes, starting care, and developing care plans with the care team.

Requires active RN license, CPR, and reliable transportation. OASIS experience is a plus, with opportunities for training, advancement, and benefits including health coverage and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• 1+ year of RN experience (home health or acute care preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits in the patient’s home.
• Complete assessments, start-of-care visits, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides.
• Document care using an iPad with AI assist (OASIS experience a plus).
• Educate patients and families to promote independence.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of patient care.
