BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an RN to provide high-quality, compassionate home health care in Rhode Island. You will work with clients of varying ages and conditions, including those with advanced needs such as tracheostomy or ventilation support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Rhode Island or eligible.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Comfort with varied shift lengths and patient needs.
• Ability to manage patients with tracheostomy/ventilation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health care to patients.
• Assess patients’ needs and monitor health status.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with family involvement.
• Coordinate with physicians and other caregivers to ensure quality care.
