Beacon Health System is hosting an in-person RN hiring event on Wednesday, October 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the lobby of Beacon Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN.

Walk-ins are welcome; candidates should bring a résumé and copies of their licenses or certifications. You will meet hiring leaders, learn about units, and interview on site for potential offers. Be prepared to discuss your nursing background and certifications; multiple RN units are showcased.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Indiana (IN).
• Current BLS certification; additional unit certifications vary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policy.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on plans of care and discharge needs.
• Document care in the electronic health record accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.
