Job summary

The Staff Pad partners with a healthcare system to hire compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative clinical setting. In this role, you will assess patients, provide treatments, and collaborate with care teams to deliver quality patient outcomes. Schedule: Full-Time | PRN opportunities available.

Active Texas RN License and BLS are required, with ACLS/PALS preferred. Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
