Riverside Health System in Williamsburg, Virginia seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in the Critical Care/Telemetry units. You will work under nurse managers and director, interfacing with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care.
The role requires a Virginia RN license, CPR/BLS, ACLS within 90 days, PALS within 180 days, and a preferred BSN. Experience in critical care is preferred.

$36.50 - $50.23/Hourly Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
Works under the supervision of the Nurse manager and the Director and is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating the total nursing care of assigned patients. The RN may work in a variety of settings in the Critical Care/Telemetry Complex and roles within Riverside Health System. The RN utilizes communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making to create a care plan for each patient based on physiological, psychosocial and cultural diversity. Responsible for supervising and delegating non-professional personnel working directly with him/her to ensure optimum patient care. Must demonstrate competence in dealing with age related needs of the specific patient populations served in the Critical Care/Telemetry units/departments. Works under the direction of leadership and a multi-disciplinary team to provide a comprehensive range of services or clinical care associated with and in accordance with standards of excellence established by Riverside Health system and facility goals and strategic plans.
