Responsible for supervising and delegating non-professional personnel working directly with him/her to ensure optimum patient care. Facilitates safe patient transitions to the next care setting as part of plan of care.* Demonstrates understanding of diverse patient care populations and ability to modify education method to ensure patient/family comprehension.
