Help at Home, LLC is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) in Oxford, MS for full-time night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay is $32/hour. This role provides 1:1 client care, following care plans, documenting observations, and ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) RN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• TB skin test current within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the outlined care plan.
• Documenting tasks, observations and assessments.
• Ensure quality care via policies and procedures.
• Receive clinical direction from the Lead RN.
• Assist with other duties as needed (e.g., PO feeds, seizures, medications, ADLs).

Duties

As an RN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with the following:

• Adhere to the outlined care plan
• Documenting tasks, observations and assessments
• Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures
• Receive clinical direction and oversight from the Lead RN
• Assist with other duties as needed Examples: working with PO feeds, seizure precautions, medications and ADL's

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) RN license
• Current BLS Certification
• Must comply with state background screening requirements
• TB skin test (current within 12 months)
• One (1) or more years' nursing experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Current Auto Insurance in your name
