Care Initiatives in Montezuma, IA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (6PM-6AM). The RN will provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing environment at Montezuma Specialty Care.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality. Iowa license, CPR, and commitment to compassionate care are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring quality care and resident safety.

• Collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs.
• Document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times.
