Job summary

Chateau Napoleon Caring, part of the Volare Health family, in Napoleonville, LA, is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our caring team. This onsite, full-time role offers day or NOC shifts and competitive hourly pay.

As an RN, you will assess resident needs, coordinate care, implement individualized plans, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and families while upholding facility standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Excellent clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• Newly licensed RNs are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' physical and clinical needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate resident care with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Follow all applicable state and federal healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive resident care.
