Job summary

Ethan's Crossing in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Day shift on a full-time basis. The role runs 7a–7p on a 3x12s schedule with every other weekend, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive recovery-focused environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care, educate guests and families, and contribute to a serene healing atmosphere for residents on their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• New graduate RNs are welcome – training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Healing: coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
• Educate guests and families about the recovery journey with dignity and respect.
• Drive Excellence: conduct clinical assessments and manage care plans.
