• Valid State RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Admission and transfer processing to the unit.
• Timely and accurate nursing documentation using charting systems.
• Interpret labs and telemetry data and transcribe medical orders accurately.
• Respond to rapid response and code events as needed.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families on care plans.
