Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hospital in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for day or night shifts in a busy inpatient rehabilitation setting. The role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly rate up to $48.44 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred.
• Clinical experience appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.

Schedule: Day Shift 7a-730pm and Night Shift available

Sign-on bonus: $15,000

Up to $48.44 per hour based on experience
