Job summary

PAM Health, LLC is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our inpatient units across Florida. Under the direction of Nursing leadership, you will provide, direct and supervise patient care, coordinate discharge planning, and educate patients and families.

Current RN licensure in the state or compact, BLS, ACLS within 90 days, and ACLS for Charge Nurses. Inpatient medical-surgical experience preferred. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides or a compact license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate discharge planning and patient/family teaching for post-hospitalization.
• May perform Charge Nurse duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer/Director of Nursing, Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process while delivering, directing and supervising care to patients admitted to the nursing unit. The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and provides patient care to include interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization, and accessing community resources. May perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse (ACLS certification required).

Qualifications

Education and Training: Holds a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates. Current BLS certification is required. Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment. BLS and ACLS certifications must be AHA approved within 90 days of employment. Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.

Experience: One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.
