Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction at our Harmony Junction facility in Pennsylvania. The role emphasizes monitoring non-licensed staff, adjusting treatment plans within established protocols, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

A PA nursing license and accreditation are required, with prior SNF or acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing care facility, acute care setting, or other related field required.

To monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel. You will also assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological need of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
