Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon is hiring full-time nurses for rehabilitation, short-term and long-term resident care, including specialized dementia services. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive pay with full-time benefits.

Delmar Gardens of O'Fallon has Full-Time shifts available if you are a clinical nurse interested in working with rehabilitation, short term patients or enjoy providing resident care in a long-term care setting. We also have select positions for those who enjoy working as a specialized care RN or LPN taking care of those with Alzheimer’s Disease and related dementias.

Shift Availability

• Full-Time Day shift
• Full-Time Evening shift
