Atrium Health Pineville Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Float Pool, supporting Pineville ED and three freestanding EDs across Providence, Ballantyne, and Steele Creek.
The role requires at least 6 months of RN experience in ED, an active RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and will involve regular floating between four facilities to ensure patient care coverage across the region. Full-time, 36 hours per week, day shift.

The Pineville ED Float position will have Pineville as the teammate’s primary home location; however, the role requires flexibility to support staffing needs across multiple sites. Teammates in this position will be expected to float between all four facilities, including Pineville Emergency Department and the three freestanding emergency departments located in Steele Creek, Providence, and Ballantyne. Regular floating between these locations is a core requirement of the role to ensure appropriate coverage and patient care across the region.
