Job summary

Atrium Health Pineville is seeking a skilled RN for its Nursing Float Pool, supporting Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU with 3,12-hour night shifts per week and weekend/holiday rotations.

Required: Nursing program completion, RN license in the practicing state, BLS certification, and a minimum of 2 years ICU experience (CVICU preferred). This role offers comprehensive benefits and a strong team environment.

Pay Range:

$38.20 - $57.30

Where You Will Work:

This RN Float Pool supports both Medical ICU and Cardiovascular ICU

Expectations We're Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• At least 2 years ICU experience required; CVICU experience preferred.

Preferred Education

• Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)

What You'll Do:

• As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
