Aurora Medical Center – Mount Pleasant is seeking a part-time RN for the Nursing Float Pool. Schedule includes two 12-hour shifts weekly (1900–0730) with weekend and holiday rotation; 24 hours per week.
Requirements: accredited nursing program completion, Wisconsin RN license, and BLS for Healthcare Providers. You will deliver and coordinate patient care using the nursing process, uphold standards, and help maintain a safe, compassionate patient environment.

Pay Range $38.20 - $57.30
Med/Surge Garden is a 24-bed medical/surgical unit with mixed acuity, specializing in the care of stroke and oncology patients and Med Surg I is a 24-bed acute care unit specializes in medical-surgical, orthopedic, surgical, and trauma care, serving primarily surgical and orthopedic patients. Nurse-to-patient ratios for both Med Surg units are typically 5:1, and nursing assistant ratios are 6-7:1. Our Med Surg units thrive on teamwork, accountability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
