Inova Health System's Inova Loudoun Hospital – Family Centered Care in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift. The role focuses on comprehensive patient and family-centered care within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, advocacy, and coordinating across disciplines to ensure smooth transitions and high-quality outcomes for patients and families served in our community hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN with BSN within 5 years.
• RN license in Virginia or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient health assessments by interpreting multiple data sets and synthesizing their interrelationships
• Forms individualized plans of care based on assessment findings and interpreting trends in patient populations to achieve best practice
• Conducts all patient care in a patient and family centered manner, integrating knowledge, skills and experiences to meet the needs of patients and families throughout the continuum of care
• Advocates for patients' rights from the patient and family perspective and provides counsel while acting as a resource to resolve issues
• Accesses resources from all disciplines to achieve desired patient outcomes and coordinates healthcare and alternate services for patient/family transition planning

Inova Loudoun Hospital - Family Centered Care is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. This role will be full time nights position.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education:BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• Licensure: RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience:1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
