Job summary

Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, AR is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to join the team. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency department, working with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires an active RN license, an associate degree in nursing, and ER experience; certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Required
  • Licenses: Must have a current state or compact state RN license.
  • Education: Associate's degree required. BSN preferred.
  • Previous ER experience required

Responsibilities

  • Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.
  • Documents patient care provided.
  • Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.
  • Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs.
  • Evaluates patient and family learning needs and provides appropriate education based on age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  • Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
  • Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
  • Provides quality patient care and works flexible shifts or units as needed.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Join the dedicated Emergency Room team at Saline Memorial Hospital, where you'll make a meaningful impact by providing exceptional care to patients during some of their most critical moments. As an ER Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while working alongside skilled physicians and healthcare professionals. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7 and is part of a Level III Trauma Center and designated Stroke Center, offering advanced emergency care close to home. What we're looking for
