Job summary

HSHS Medical Group's St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Cath Lab. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week with day shifts; hours vary by area within the Cath Lab.

The RN must be licensed in the state and may require ACLS/PALS/NRP depending on patient population. Ideal candidates will have CCU experience and a BSN preferred, with BLS required and potential for specialty certifications such as CCRN or CEN.

Qualifications

  • Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Bachelor’s of science in nursing is preferred.
  • Critical Care Nursing experience is preferred.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
  • BLS is required.
  • ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required based on the patient population in the specialty area.
  • Specialty certifications based on patient population such as CCRN and CEN are preferred.
