Virtua Health in Voorhees, NJ is seeking a registered nurse with endo experience to join our inpatient care team. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians and the health care team to uphold high standards of practice.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position with a 7 to 5:30 shift (4 ten-hour days) and a base hourly rate between $44.57 and $60.44, depending on experience. NJ RN license required.

Job Summary:

Responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care through outcome identification and evidence-based practice. As an integral member of the health care team, coordinates patient care and communicates and collaborates extensively with the other members of the healthcare team, patients and/or patient's family or significant other(s). Maintains and demonstrates high standards of professional ethics.

• Identifies and participates in performance improvement activities.
• Maintains professional and departmental level competencies.

Position Qualifications Required:

Required Experience: Demonstrates knowledge of nursing skills, hospital practices, procedures and standards. Perfects skills and stays abreast of current nursing practice through on-going education, journals, etc. Must have strong communication skills. Must be able to coordinate efforts of a team of care providers.

Training / Certification / Licensure

Must have valid NJ RN License. Approved licenses must be presented and maintained in accordance with the State of New Jersey Licensing Board. Refer to the Educational/Regulatory Requirement (Department Specific) policy in the Nursing Administrative Manual.

Hourly Rate: $44.57 - $60.44The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
