Avera Queen of Peace Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in Mitchell, South Dakota. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide physical, emotional, and psychological support to patients and their families, ensuring medication management and self-care instructions are effectively communicated.
The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license and have the ability to work flexible hours in a rotating shift environment. The position offers competitive pay rates and a generous sign-on bonus.

6am-6pm, 11am-11pm and 6pm-6am; 72hrs/2wks
$3 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL available for hours worked between 7p and 7a, $2 on weekends, and $5 on weekend nights!
Position may be eligible for Avera’s Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from Avera will help pay down your principal balance faster.

Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self‑care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re‑evaluating care objectives.
