Tanner Health seeks a Registered Nurse to supervise RNs, LPNs and assistive personnel while delivering comprehensive nursing care in accordance with the state nurse practice act. The role emphasizes assessment, planning and evaluation of patient care, with supervision responsibilities in the ED/ICU and related units.

• GA Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License is required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• ACLS within 6 months of hire into ED, ICU, Surgery, PACU, L&D, SSU if GI call is taken in.
• NRP within one year of hire into Nursery and L&D.
• PALS within one year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.

The Registered Nurse performs nursing functions and supervises other RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in the performance of nursing care according to the state nurse practice act. The Registered Nurse assesses patient needs, plans and implements patient care, and evaluates the effectiveness of care provided.
