Unit Description: The Sentara Princess Anne Hospital provides exceptional emergency care to patients 24 hours a day, seven days a week with expert staff, cutting-edge technology and specialty services, including: Board-certified emergency physicians Emergency nurses certified in advanced cardiac life support, trauma and pediatric certifications Pediatric-trained team to treat children of all ages Overnight observation rooms for children and a separate family-friendly waiting area Seamless connection to easily accessible radiology department Landing pad for Nightingale Regional Air Ambulance to ensure quicker treatment in emergency situations

Job Description: Sentara is a career destination for professional nursing. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered care in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, delivering treatments, and supporting patients and families with education and compassionate service. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
