Job summary

Atrium Health Lake Norman Emergency Department is seeking a part-time RN to support pulsing, 10-bed ED coverage in Cornelius, NC. This PRN role includes fluctuating ED volumes and on-call shifts with compensation aligned to the posted pay range.

Prior ER experience highly preferred; ACLS within 6 months is required. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality patient care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and staff, and contributing to safe patient environments.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program is required.
• Current RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of ED experience preferred.

The Emergency Department is a 10-bed,monitoredunit within a newly opened community hospital in Cornelius, NC, serving a diverse patient population with a wide range ofacuity. ExpectationsWe’reLooking For

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• ACLS arerequiredwithin 6 months of hire
