IHA in Hartford, CT is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support adult patients during Electrophysiology procedures under physician supervision. You will collaborate with electrophysiologists, cardiologists and nurses to ensure safe, high-quality care during ablations, pacemakers, EP studies, loop recorders and related tests.
Responsibilities include assisting in invasive procedures, hemodynamic monitoring, patient education, securing sterile fields, equipment setup, and routine checks
This position is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care to the adult patient under the direct supervision of a physician during Electrophysiology procedures. Working closely with the electrophysiologist, cardiologist, cardiac nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure safe and effective patient care during procedures such as cardiac ablations, pacemakers, ep study, loop recorder, tilt table, and watchmen procedures.
