Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an EP Lab Registered Nurse (RN) at St. Mary's Hospital in Virginia.

You will provide professional nursing care in the electrophysiology lab, collaborating with the health team to coordinate patient care and educate families. The role requires an accredited nursing degree and Virginia RN licensure (or reciprocity), CPR and ACLS; prior EP Lab, telemetry, critical care, or Cardiac Cath Lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or awaiting reciprocity.
• Maintains current CPR, ACLS
• Previous work experience in EP Lab, Telemetry, Critical Care or Cardiac Cath Lab.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in the EP Lab using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with health team to coordinate patient care and family support.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patients' physical, learning and psychosocial needs.

4 10 hour shifts 6:30am-5pm

Primary Function/General Purpose Of Position

The EP Registered Nurse is a competent clinician who utilizes the nursing process and current clinical knowledge to provide professional nursing care. Seeks consultation and collaborates with health team members to coordinate patient care. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patients' physical, learning, and psychosocial care. Provides family support. Integrates care with other health disciplines and departments.

Employment Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia or awaiting reciprocity.

• Maintains current CPR, ACLS
• Previous work experience in EP Lab, Telemetry, Critical Care or Cardiac Cath Lab.

Range:

• Minimum: $38.63
• Maximum: $61.82
