Job summary

Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc. is seeking an RN Educator to support a surgical division by developing and implementing staff education and professional development initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires on-site work Monday through Friday, collaborating with clinical leaders to assess educational needs, deliver training, ensure safety and quality, and promote competency across staff.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of nursing experience; 5-10 years of experience preferred for advanced qualifications.
• Current RN license and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support certification.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
