Job summary

PIH Health Downey Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for night shift to provide direct nursing care including assessment, planning, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. You will coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to maintain smooth patient flow.

The role requires California RN license, BLS, and ongoing education in an acute care setting, with responsibilities spanning patient assessment, teaching, and collaboration with care teams.

Qualifications

• Current California RN license required.

Provides direct nursing care including: assessment, plan of care, education, and evaluation for assigned patients. Performs patient duties necessary to maintain the flow of patient care as well as coordinates the delivery of care provided by other care team members and disciplines.
