Centinela Hospital Medical Center in Inglewood, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift to provide direct patient care in a high-acuity setting. The RN will collaborate with physicians, monitor hemodynamics, and respond promptly to changes in patient status while upholding patient privacy and safety.

Qualifications include a CA RN license, BCLS/ACLS certificates, Critical Care training, and prior critical care experience.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse is directly responsible for the care given to his/her assigned patients. He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Current valid CA Registered Nurse License

2. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred

3. Current BCLS certificate

4. Current ACLS certificate

5. Previous Critical Care experience preferred

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
