Genesis HealthCare in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive patient care in a long-term care setting. The role includes nursing assessments, coordination with the care team, and administering medications under physician orders.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and $3,000 for part-time hours, with flexible full/part-time options. Training provided for new nurses to gain hands-on experience while supporting residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.

Responsibilities

You will provide care for a variety of patients/residents with an array of complex diagnoses leading to enhanced knowledge and skills in many different areas.
