Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required within 5 years of hire.

As a Home Training Dialysis Nurse, you will be at the forefront of empowering patients to transition from center-based care to independent, home-based therapies, enhancing autonomy, confidence, and long-term outcomes.

In this highly impactful position, you will blend clinical skill with patient education, guiding individuals and their families through Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD). The Role:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire.
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Licensure/Certifications: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required.
Physical Demands:

Job requires standing for prolonged periods, frequently traveling, bending/stooping. Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; attention to detail and ability to write legibly; ability to lift/push/pull 20–50 lbs. May be exposed to chemicals, blood/body fluids and infectious disease.

Compensation:

New hire compensation will be determined by previous work experience, education, and/or experience.

Starting Pay – $39.90/hour

Onboarding Requirements:

Background checks and pre‑employment health screenings will be conducted on all new hires prior to employment. All safety‑sensitive positions with direct patient interaction also require a drug screen.

The pay range for this role is $39.90–$53.00 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
