Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic seeks an RN for our inpatient acute dialysis unit responsible for direct patient care using advanced renal replacement therapies. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while educating patients and families on illness management and safety protocols.

The role requires an RN license with a nursing diploma/associate degree; a Bachelor's is preferred and experience in hospital bedside care and dialysis is valued.

Qualifications

• Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license; preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience.
• Experience in hospital bedside care and dialysis is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
