The Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis provides direct patient care in an inpatient acute dialysis unit, utilizing advanced renal replacement therapies.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; educate patients and families on illness management; promote patient safety and quality compliance; communicate care plans across the care continuum; evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN license; preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree and less than two years of experience. Experience in hospital bedside care and dialysis is preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
