Tenet Healthcare Corporation seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) in Modesto, CA, to join the Dialysis team. This full-time role involves 10-hour shifts with call required, diagnosing and treating patients during hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis procedures.

You will report to the Dialysis department manager and provide compassionate, high-quality care. The RN must have a CA license, BLS, ACLS (CNN preferred), and at least 1 year of critical care experience.

Formación

• 1+ years of critical care experience required.
• Current California Registered Nursing license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CNN certification may be considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and provide high-quality patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis procedures.
• Set up, operate, and disinfect dialysis/apheresis equipment.
• Respond to emergencies during dialysis therapy.

Reporting to the Shift Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and providing high quality, individualized patient care using the components of the nursing process. The RN carries out the tasks of hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and apheresis procedure. Provides necessary nursing care and recognizes and responds to emergency needs of the patient receiving dialysis/apheresis therapy, performs the tasks of set-up, operation and disinfection of dialysis/aphaeresis equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience/Skills:

• 1 + years critical Care experience

License/Certificates/Credentials:

• Current California Registered Nursing license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• CNN preferred
