Job summary

American Senior Communities in Elkhart, Indiana is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our care team at Elkhart Meadows RN. The RN will provide direct resident care, assessments, and care planning, while building meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

You will collaborate with the care team to promote physical and psychosocial well-being, document changes, manage medications, and participate in quality improvement. We value C.A.R.E.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.

As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships by learning about the life stories of our residents and staff.
