Job summary

The Pillars of Biloxi is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) to provide high-quality care to residents. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and follow the plan of care under physician direction, while engaging with residents, families, and the care team.

Responsibilities include rounds, documentation, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• BLS certification required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and treatments as ordered in the plan of care (per scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure residents receive quality care
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit
• Other tasks as required

Position Details

Full-Time

• Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Registered Nurse ( RN ) duties include but are not limited to:

• Evaluation and delivery of care including medication administration, treatments, Adl care, etc. as ordered by physician and outlined in the plan of care (according to scope of practice)
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure resident/patients receive quality care based on professional standards and facility policies
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up to date and accurate medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit.
• Other tasks as required

Requirements
