Job summary

Albright LIFE in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Monday–Friday day program role. This full-time position offers nurse-led care in a daytime setting with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

You will provide nursing oversight for our on-site clinic, perform wound care and medication administration, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support the health and wellness of our participants.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with geriatric or long-term care preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing oversight for our on-site primary care clinic.
• Deliver direct care when needed (including wound care and medication administration).
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure all aspects of participants’ health and wellness are met.
