Job summary

Hartford Hospital, part of Hartford HealthCare, is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide expert bedside care in a high-acuity environment. You will work on a 3x12-hour shift schedule, with every other weekend and every other holiday, collaborating with a dedicated team to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Connecticut RN license required.
• BSN preferred; ASN/ADN in progress acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year acute care RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU-level nursing care in a high-acuity unit.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists and support staff to ensure patient safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut RN License.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN Required).
• Minimum one year Acute RN experience required.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• In exceptional circumstances, experienced candidates with an ASN/ADN currently in pursuit of a BSN or MSN may be considered.
