Job summary

Tanner is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform nursing functions and supervise RNs, LPNs, and other assistive personnel in nursing care in compliance with the state nurse practice act.

The RN will assess patient needs, plan and implement patient care, and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided, ensuring high standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Georgia Registered Nurse License or Multistate Nursing License is required.
• CPR (Healthcare Provider) or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire for ED/ICU/Surgery/PACU/L&D/SSU if GI call/Cath Lab.
• NRP required within 1 year of hire for Nursery and L&D.
• PALS required within 1 year of hire in PACU.
• SCIPP required within 90 days of hire into Willowbrooke.
