Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Clinical Decision Unit on a 36-hour work week (3 x 12-hour day shifts). The 24-bed observation/medical unit handles chest pain, kidney stones and overflow medical/surgical cases, with strong hospitalist collaboration to ensure high-quality care.

Join our 24-bed observation/medical unit at Atrium Health Cleveland, where you will care for a variety of patients. Our specialty is observation patients (chest pain, kidney stones, minor surgeries), we also take overflow medical/surgical patients on our unit. We have very strong relationships with our hospitalist group, who provide quality and compassionate care to our patients alongside our nurses.
As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
