Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with the Florida State Board of Nursing and TGH policies. The RN serves as a clinical and emotional resource for the care team, offering guidance for complex cases and contributing to optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include patient education, care management support, accurate documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols to uphold departmental standards, patient safety, and an exceptional patient experience.
