Tenet Healthcare’s CCU unit in California is seeking a dedicated RN for night shift to manage infusion care and post-discharge follow-up. You will assess patient condition using the nursing process, document actions accurately, and communicate results to the care team while adhering to universal precautions and department protocols.

Requirements include CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, and active chemotherapy biotherapy certification; sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for experienced nurses.

Formación

• Must have completed an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Current State of California RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification required.

Responsible for utilizing the nursing process to assess patient condition during infusion and before discharge. Communicates results to other members of the healthcare team from the appropriate plan of care formulated by the healthcare provider. Edits documentation of patient activities to ensure an accurate record of patients' medical treatment and response. Supports defined organizational goals and objectives. Ensures universal precautions and departmental protocols are adhered to at all times. Requires current State of California RN license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification. Performs other duties as required.
