AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, develop and carry out individualized care plans, and collaborate with families, physicians, and colleagues to ensure comfort and dignity for patients at the end of life. Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and appropriate auto insurance.

• Perform comprehensive assessments—physical, emotional, social, and spiritual to guide care decisions.

Overview

Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Pay: $80,000 - $86000 / year , based on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm + on call rotation

Coverage Area: Royal Oak, Warren, St. Clair Shores / surrounding areas

Admissions Nurse, Patient Care Nurse, RN Care Coordinator, or Clinical Nurse in acute care, home health, or community‑based settings.
