Job summary

Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a registered nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with the care team. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, acting as the primary liaison among patients, families, providers, and staff to ensure patient-centered care and satisfaction.

In addition to direct patient care, you will mentor colleagues, contribute to safety and quality initiatives, maintain clinical competence, and participate in shared governance.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
