Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry | Brockton, Massachusetts

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join the Cardiac Telemetry Department of a leading healthcare organisation based in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

The successful candidates will work alongside experienced nurses and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, supporting patient recovery, clinical stability and safe transitions of care.

This position is ideal for Registered Nurses with a background in acute care, Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing or cardiac telemetry, who are looking to develop their careers within a well-established healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Clinical Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, intervention, evaluation and education.
• Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions and complex medical or post-surgical needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans, recovery and discharge.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic patient records.
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to multidisciplinary team members.
• Follow established clinical protocols, nursing standards and patient safety guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and clinical excellence.

Essential Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licence in Massachusetts.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to obtain a BSN within four years, where applicable.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• 1–3 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Previous experience in Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) nursing.
• 1–3 years of cardiac telemetry or cardiac nursing experience.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Experience supporting patients with complex medical and post-surgical needs.
