Join our dynamic and collaborative Cardiac Step-Down Unit, a 34-bed progressive care environment specializing in the care of patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Our team provides high-quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced, supportive setting. This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible.
Primary Patient Population (60%): Cardiac procedural patients (e.g., cardiac catheterization, echocardiograms) Pre-operative and post-operative cardiac surgical patients Progressive care/step-down level monitoring and interventions
Secondary Patient Population (40%): Cardiology and pulmonology patients General medical/surgical patients requiring intermediate care
